My experience at Hoshino Resorts Aomoriya was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The outdoor hot spring was a highlight, providing a wonderful atmosphere, though I did find the service during meal times could be a bit more streamlined. The kaiseki meals were truly nice, with diverse options that showcased local flavors.

Dining was a delight, with an extensive buffet offering a mix of western and Japanese dishes. I highly recommend trying the traditional home-cooked meal at Nanbu Magariya if you can secure a reservation.

The facilities were impressive, particularly the outdoor hot spring which left my skin feeling wonderfully soft. However, I suggest being cautious near the outdoor spas due to their slippery surfaces.

I had a mixed experience at Hoshino Resorts Aomoriya. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, which I really appreciated. However, the overcrowding at the onsen and dining areas was frustrating, and the buffet felt overpriced for what was offered. Overall, while the facilities are nice, the service and dining options left me wanting more. 😕
